Toby is a 3-year-old dog that needs surgery immediately! He has a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament (ACL). The surgery needs to be done ASAP since secondary joint damage will occur, which is irreversible.Toby is a sweetheart of a dog that lost his home. He spent 11 months in a kennel with his brother, Herman. Finally, Toby and Herman were recently adopted by a retired couple who heard their sad story.
